Prices of our products are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, we are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies. Shipping and Delivery

As a Southern California-based company, we proudly offer shipping within the region. Unfortunately, we do not currently provide international shipping. Our shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and we work with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery.

We strive to process and ship orders promptly, typically within 2-3 business days. However, factors such as product availability, weather conditions, or holidays may cause slight delays. Please expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days after shipment.

We want your succulents to reach you in perfect condition. However, once the package leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, delays, losses, or thefts that may occur during transit. Any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply to your order are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Refunds

At Plants of Joy, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. To do so, please follow these steps:

– Return the products in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
– Use a trackable shipping method for the return and share the tracking number with us.
– Cover the shipping costs associated with the return.

Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days, using the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
